Your appointment and well-being are important to me. However, I understand that occasionally unexpected events occur. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment, I request 24 hours' notice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the reserved service. Being late to the appointment by 10 minutes or more may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a charge of 50% of the booked service. A credit card is required to HOLD your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card on file.
